Overall I saved money by this refinance and I thought the process was fairly easy and straightforward. Arthur Scott was my POC and he was always available to help or explain what needed to be done next. You could also tell that he was good at his job and had a lot of expertise in his field. For me, Caribou was a positive process that was also one of the easier third party processes I have dealt with so far.

Had an amazing experience refinancing with Caribou. Nina was INCREDIBLY helpful and responsive to my questions and needs. Only issue I ran into was it wasn't clear that I wasn't required to get GAP insurance which I didn't need, so had to have the contract re-sent in order to remove it, so make sure to read the fine print carefully so you are getting exactly what you need. Thanks for being so helpful and getting me a great rate so I can pay off my debt quicker!!
