South Beach prices 14 miles from the shore…. This community isn’t what they advertise. 144 units with 300+ parking spots yet each unit is only given 1 spot and you better hurry home from work if you want to find a guest spot. Don’t even think about leaving on a holiday because there’s no where to park if you give your guest spot up, I rented a car for Mother’s Day bc my car broke down, I notified the security guard and they still towed it costing me $500.
