Carhop in Hayward CA have the worst customer service ever. The manager looked at me and turned her head without greeting me with a smile. I had made two trips from Stockton to Hayward in two days wasting my time money and energy on their false advertisement. Carhop does not help everyone. The company needs to be sued for false advertisement and misleading the people.
