Very sorry Customer service, was told my check was in the mail called 3 weeks later to see where it was, was then told no check was mailed claim was denied, no reason why told to file again. Was denied again said I waited to long to file claim really a sorry ass company will change to a friendlier company next year.

I have no problem with customer service whenever i have a question concerning my insurance coverage. But, but, when it comes to the OTC deparment they should fire everyone and close that deparment! You are left on hold then your call drops, then you are told that you never did place your monthly otc order.. I am done with this deparment..just keep your otc meds. You are a disgrace!

They say you get dental insurance but they don’t cover ANYTHING They lie to get your Medicare then sell You back LESS DONT SIGN UP WITH CAREPLUS ARGUS DENTAL THEY ARE A SCAM THEY LIE TO YOU THEY APPROVED THEN SAID NO THEY LIE. Nothing worse than a liar. CAREPLUS are liars

My wife and I have care plus, she for 20 years, I been on it since 2014, compared to other Medicare supplements this is an excellent plan. Only one exception the over the counter meds, you get $100 a month but you must choose from their list of vitamins, which are the worst kind found, I'm fighting cancer for 7 years now with natural meds this plan doesn't cover any of these which are over the counter, but hardly found in any pharmacy.
