Llevo tres semanas con un dolor de muela el dentista le envío a argus el referido y todavía llamo en mi tercera semana de dolor para chequiar el estatus para que me la saquen y todavía se atreven decirme que llame el viernes para ver si ya lo procesaron yo no se de donde sacaron las 5 estrellas.tambien uno llama y te mueres en el telefono esperando que te contesten.

Terrible company on phone they act as if you are uneducated. They rude and very unhelpful. They say they will help but they dont.

So far, I'm terribly sorry I changed to CarePlus! Waited over an hour on TWO DAYS on telephone, still no answers! I've been trying to fax an order for OTC products since 8 am this morning, redialing every 5 minutes. NOPE, not happening. My other insurance had a website to order OTC, and make inquiries. The CarePlus website just tells you how great they are, but you can't interact with them in any way! You can call, but they put you on hold and forget about you. Being on hold with any company for an hour is unacceptable! The communication is horrible and seems like there is not enough employees working for this company. They cancel your transportation without informing their clients. This company needs major teaching in communication and customer service.

I just sat on hold 21 minutes and gave up trying to get an answer to two questions. This is a 5 star Medicare plan that I just switched to. I can't get a straight answer from anyone on a simple question regarding a referral. Guess I made an error in judgment switching to this plan.

THE WORST... cannot wait to drop this insurance.. I only had a choice of 2 DRs and the one I picked is NEVER there is is always a practitioner.. I understand covid probs.. but i called and asked them to please write me a script for swollen glands.. something i get often due to water in my ear from shower.. they left me sick for 10 days w/o writing a script.. my mom had some antibiotics and i had some but not strong enough to get rid of problem just kept it from getting worse.. finally 10 days later they called me and found i... read more

I don't know who was paid for the 5 stars, but this is the worst health insurance it was my nightmares, 3 of my doctors do not take this insurance they told me they don't paid them.

Worst customer service, took me 4 days to get thru to anyone. Say that they have hearing aid benefits, dental etc. all BS. Have to use hearUSA and there twice the price as everyone else. Dental plan is a joke

Very sorry Customer service, was told my check was in the mail called 3 weeks later to see where it was, was then told no check was mailed claim was denied, no reason why told to file again. Was denied again said I waited to long to file claim really a sorry ass company will change to a friendlier company next year.
