Never come to this place for help. I was told it'll be a one hour wait to get seen. People came in after me and were seen first, and I ended up being the absolutely last person to be seen in the waiting room. I asked the receptionist why, and she said they did online check in so they go ahead of me. So you mean to tell me I can walk-in as soon as you open, but anyone who does online check-in will get immediate priority to be seen? Complete and utter BS. I went to Urgent care in February for Bronchitis. Even though the Dr was aware of my auto-immune disease, she perscribed a medicine that is a known toxin to my liver. I became VERY sick for months. Luckily, my GI told me that I should have NEVER been put on the medication. I have to go in for labs AGAIN tomorrow (I have had labs and a fibroscan since this occured), as my liver labs are just now (slowly) coming back down. I contacted Urgent Care and not even an apology was given!!
There are not that many people here. They open at 8am, we arrived at 8:35. It has been almost an hour and a half. Still waiting. There's nothing for children to do in the lobby. Never coming here again! Luckily it isn't an URGENT problem. SMH.
Excellent care, considerate friendly staff. Several patients were there but my wait was not long at all.
