Pleasant staff, clean facility, front desk was handling multiple check-ins at a time patiently. There are tv’s playing kid friendly movies. Check in online ahead of time to avoid wait. My only concern is that clients were allowed in even without masks. Seems like masks should be required in a medical location.
People were rude, poorly trained, made comments patients should not hear, made to wait even though had an appointment, had to wait in waiting room, in treatment room, and again after seen by nurse practitioner. Nurse taking vitals appeared to know nothing about even common medications and there indications.
The staff was very nice and thorough. I had a pleasant experience.
It was so clean. The people and the doctor were pleasant, professional and efficient. The best carenow I have been to
AWESOME! I checked-in online and the wait was minimal. Everyone there was polite and friendly. Dr. Coup, as in times before was courteous and knew what my issue was, diagnosed me and sent my script to Walgreens. Would definitely recommend the Care Now at 95th and Antioch. Everyone is awesome!👍

Long wait for one minute procedure (TB test) even though hardly anyone was there. Customer service wasn’t bad just indifferent. Not a place I’d choose to go at all.
