I highly recommend Care Now, been going to them for 3 years now.
I used the on line check in and was first called acknowledging my appointment and the approximate time I'd be called to come over. Relaxed in my own home until I was called for my appointment. Spent maybe 10 minutes in the waiting room, mostly completing paperwork. Was first seen by the nurse and then by the doctor. Was in and out in under 30 minutes. And received a follow up call today. Highly recommend!
I recieved a tb test at this location. I came to get my results 72 hrs later. They told me they couldn't read the result because I was a few minutes late. They were more interested in charging me again Rather than Helping me. Luckily I am a student at Brookhaven and got it done for free.
I had to wait a little bit even tho I did the online check in, and they called me to tell me to come in. Not that big of a deal. Front staff was very friendly and professional. The nurse and Dr was very friendly also. I got in and out pretty quickly considering there was a few people there waiting. When I checked out the front person even said that she hopes I feel better soon. I thought that was great customer service.
