Front desk staff not so friendly, PA was very nice and seemed compassionate about my well being, doctor good bedside manner and provided me with options of treatment for my symptoms with not being able to do anything for my illness, COVID. I would recommend though with not a 100% satisfactory. On a scale from one to five, I would say a 4.5.
My disabled son fell from the bed while in your care Monday 11/28/22. I have called the location several times to discuss the incident, called and left voice-mails at Corporate twice, emailed Corporate twice, left a blistering review on Google and got the reply to speak with Tammie Ward about the incident. I called and spent over 10 minutes on hold before hanging up in frustration.
RecommendedNeeded pre-employment drug screening and the staff was extremely efficient and friendly! Will definitely recommend for future medical issues!
