After 3 phone calls today to discuss my visit the day before and additional symptoms I never got a phone call back, is has now been 11 hours since my initial call. When someone comes in for potential covid symptoms, as well as tick born disease symptoms that can be fatal if left untreated, it is negligent to not get back with a patient. Do not go to this facility if you value your Heath, or expect genuine concern for patients.

The front desk lady was very helpful and nice The nurse was nice and friendly. The Dr was kind and nice. And he called me to let me know how the X-ray turned out. I recommend care now To anyone
First of all, I do want to say the staff was very friendly. I visited on 3/22/2020. It was the start of the Covid scare. I had several symptoms that I was concerned about but told the office and doctor that I did not have a fever or a cough. Honestly, my chest was hurting so bad that is the main reason I was there. I did share concerns and asked about Covid. The doctor basically told me that the virus was overblown. He said I had a viral infection like everyone else and prescribed a cough medicine which I didn’t see until I ... read more
They Dont Care About you , Just want your money and to get you in & out . Worst experience with urgent care ive ever had .
I spent an hour waiting, which wasn’t an issue, just to be given a paper instructing me to go to a YouTube doctor to learn neck and shoulder stretches for a knotted muscle in my neck. I asked if there were any injections I could get for quicker relief and he said the only one he could give was on back order, “sorry.” Such a waste of a co-pay and time.

You don't have a long wait. The doctor care about you and your health problem. The nurses and staff are very friendly. Would go back anytime when I am not feeling well
