Normally I would give this place 5 stars. Yesterday they were slow. Nice but not friendly. We have been here often and normally they are over the top friendly, efficient, professional and I enjoy signing in from home. This time it took 2 hours from our arrival. I received the normal call from home and got right in. I really hope they were having an abnormal day and that it is not the new norm.

Great Care Now location! Caring staff and great atmosphere. As a Christian, the Crosses everywhere and Christian movie playing in the waiting room are very encouraging when you or a loved one aren't feeling well.
Awesome customer service. Been at this location many times and have never had a complaint. Thank you care now mckinney
