Worst possible service. 3 hours wait minimum for no reason.
I came in very close to closing and they happily and promptly saw me. Everyone was extremely kind. I've had a lot of shots and the nurse here had a great technique and I had no pain whatsoever. I was worried about going to an urgent care but I am glad I did because they were great. Very personable and professional.
I went to care now to get my medical card to drive. I took the physical and was told I had high blood pressure. I informed them I had been on the road and had not taken for a couple of days. I would take and come back in a couple of days. I returned after I had verified my pressure was regulated. They took it and said it was very high. After three visits I made an appointment with my doctor and the pressure was normal. Awful customer service and wait time.
So unprofessional!!! Doctors hide behind the receptionist. Do everything to work against you!!! Worst medical facility I have been to in my life!!!!
I went to CareNow on a Wednesday evening after only being sick a couple days. Dr. Nateson was wonderful. She assured me that I came in just in time. My bronchitis(which I’ve never had before) could have turned into pneumonia if I had waited another day or two. Both Dr. Nateson and Megan, her nurse, were compassionate , caring, and competent. Thank you so much!
