Recommendedquick service. all staff excellent. I was diagnosed and out the door in 1/2 hour.
I sat at this place for over 3 hours! I did an online check in at 8 in the morning they called me at 8:30 and told me I can be seen I went to their facility sat in their Lobby for an hour and a half before they took me back to a room and forgot about me for another hour and a half not one nurse not one doctor nobody came in to see me so I left I ain't paying you f****** $40 for no service and never being seen anyone. I will never be back to this facility again and I do not recommend anybody go here at all.
The medicine they gave my husband he is allergic to. And they want us to pay again the office fee to see a doctor. They don’t answer the phone after hours and repeated calls. No help.
Worst service ever! I will not be coming back to this location again!
Went in after a fall. found a badly Broken great toe. sold me a post op shoe and said to see an orthopedist. my podiatrist saw me and says that shoe was not going to work at all. It was 250. dollars wasted. had to have it reduced (set) by my podiatrist and a full boot worn for 8 wks. the CareNow folks were nice enough, except that they were so slow in helping me in from.car..i just hopped in cause there were no wheelchairs available when I arrived and I couldn't step on my foot at all. not a place for any significant trama t... read more
RecommendedGreat facility with amazing staff. I have not had an organization more compassionate, understanding, and help full. Best place to go when you in need.
RecommendedI only had $7 on me and they still allowed me to be seen, with me being billed of course! Too grateful! ❤️❤️❤️
Even with a web check in and being called to come in, the lobby wait time is still over 2 hours. Why call and say to head up if you have to wait another 2+ hours. Ridiculous!
