Was referred here by my friend, friendly & knowledgeable staff. Janelle at the front desk helped out and was super friendly. My go to place if I ever need to come back. Will be sending my coworkers here for there DOT med cert. my doctor was caring and great.
I would definitely return to CareNow Urgent Care location at Leon Valley. I had the need to seek care for a minor issue that I was having. First of all, it was a really nice facility, second of all the wait time was very short before I was actually taken back to a room. I went in after work for a possible UTI. It was nearing their closing time, but they (Elizabeth front desk) gladly accepted me as a walk in. The staff were wonderful! Savannah (MA) and Michelle (Labs/X-ray) were very polite and greeted me with smiles. Dr. Chapman was more than knowledgeable and she has an amazing bedside manner! I'm so thankful of the care I received! All healthcare facilities should take note on how to run patient care based on this site. Keep up the great work!
We visited while on vacation because my daughter got sick. This facility was great and the employees were wonderful! Everyone was truly kind and caring.
Extremely professional & customer friendly prompt service. Competent, knowledgeable staff! Couldn't have asked for better care. Thank you Dr. Yan & Amy, Amy went above & beyond in customer service, even getting me tea �. Definitely my go to place when needed.
I was able to get in quickly and Dr. Chapman diagnosed my condition, called in prescriptions to my pharmacy and I was out of there in 30 minutes. All the staff and Doctor were very friendly and helpful. I will use them again when needed.
Was seen today as soon as I finished my paperwork. Ruby at the front desk and Liz who did my vitals were both friendly and very efficient. Dr. Chapman came in and very quickly diagnosed my problem, gave me prescriptions and instructed me on how to take the meds. I was very impressed with the efficiency of the staff and the cleanliness of the clinic. When I can't get in to see my PCP in a timely manner, I will feel confident in going to this CareNow for treatment.
