I had an amazing experience here. The online check-in was so convenient, and they called me as soon as I was able to be seen by the doctor. Everyone was friendly, and Dr. Chapman was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She gave me what I needed and had me in and out in a timely manner. I absolutely recommend this facility when you’re sick!
I went to CareNow Urgent Care @ 5755 NW Loop 410 Suite 102 in San Antonio, Texas while on a mini vacation over the weekend. I was in severe pain and needed immediate attention. Not only was Ms. Veronica, the front office manager courteous but MA Amanda, Lab assistant Jennifer and Dr. Yan were very diligent, caring and kind. My family and I were on vacation in San Antonio last month, and I developed strep on our first day we were there. I knew I needed to get on antibiotics quickly, so we found a Care Now that was closest to our hotel and I was able to walk in and be seen right away. I was so impressed with how smoothly things went and was even given a call the next day to see how I was doing. I wish that all places were like this one. My little one started running a fever this past weekend and we didn’t want to go to the ED or wait for his pedi office on Monday. We checked in while the clinic was closed and someone actually reached out to me 10 minutes prior to them opening and asked us to head that way. Did the web check in they called immediately. The staff were so welcoming from Janelle, Amy, and Dr. Alla Chapman. Dr. Chapman was able to diagnose my daughter and get us in and out quickly. She was also willing to answer any other concerns I had. Definitely will be coming back.
I was able to walk in and be seen promptly, and professionally. The entire staff was welcoming, and humble. Ruby greeted me and immediately got the information needed for insurance and financial purposes, took the time to explain what everything was for. Savannah came and took vitals and took a brief history, took the samples needed to the lab, Michelle got those results for Dr. Chapman who is the sweetest very quickly. Excellent urgent care clinic. Everyone was very friendly, professional and efficient. From Janelle at the front desk, to my tech Liz, Amy my nurse and Dr. Ratner. They took the time to answer all of my questions and explain all of the procedures and discharge instructions. Everyone had a smile on their face. The facility itself was very clean and organized. The online check-in process was quick and easy. I would recommend this clinic without hesitation. Great job!!
