Very nice and clean facility. a little difficult get to the parking lot from the way we came in. I'm from out of state, but was taken care of fairly quickly by Veronica, Brittney, Jennifer, and Dr. Yan. Dr. Yan was very patient and made sure all my questions were answered and one lady at front desk found the closest pharmacy to the hotel I was staying at.
Recommendedyesterday was my second visit (was there in June also). its definitely worth the wait!!! Chest x-ray and the works!!! Very attentive. Had Dr. Chapman both times. I have to get a new primary care doctor; mine leaving...she'd be a good one!! Karen Nolan
This clinic is so efficient and the staff is wonderful. Both Drs are personable and thorough.
I’ve been here twice. Both times staff are friendly and professional. From the front desk to the back office the service is high quality.
Convenient call ahead appointments minimizes the wait time. The waiting room and exam rooms are spotless. Dr. Tran has an excellent bedside manner that put us at ease on a rough day. Front desk and MA staff are also very kind and efficient. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone needing urgent care.
Aside from providing great service, being attentive and kind I have to point out Amanda the MA... she went above and beyond as I explained to her that I had a needle phobia.. yes I’m an Adult who runs away from needles... but Amanda actually sang the ABC’s for me and that took my mind off my injection... I didn’t even feel it... Thank you Veronica, Amanda & Dr Yan, I’m sure I’ll feel better soon!
I was delighted with the level of care and pleasant demeanor of the staff (Amanda, Ryan, and Ruby) during my visit. I was impressed with Dr. Yan's bedside manner during my medical treatment and thankful that she communicated with me about what she was doing to ensure that I was comfortable. I will definitely be recommending this location to my friend's and family.🤗
Went today to get taken care of for strep. They were so kind and made me feel cared about. Ruby at the front desk was wonderful. Thank you all!
