Good place to go for a little faster service than an E.R.
When you book your appointment on line it makes it so nice to not to have to wait in line. Excellent care! Love that they are fully equipped with x-ray equipment, saves time from going to hospital.
ON 3 31 17 I ENDED CARE NOW I SIGN IN AN THE GIRL AT THE DESK TOLD ME I STILL OWED A BILL OF $30.00 FROM MY LAST VISIT BACK IN SEPT, I TOLD HER I PAID THAT SHE SAID I HAVE TO PAY FOR SEPT, AND THIS BILL, I TOLD HER I WAS NOT PAYING FOR SOMETHING I ALREADY PAID, I EVEN SENT A COPY OF THE CHECKS THE FRONT AND BACK TO THE ACCOUNTING OFFICE THAT WAS BACK IN SEPT OR OCT, ANY WAY CARE NOW HAS JUST LOST A CUSTOMER EVEN IF I WAS SERIOUS TROUBLE I WILL NOT GO THERE AGAIN IT'S NOT GIRL FAULT IT'S THERE ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT
Great service,and the good thing about Care Now in Lake Worth you can make an appointment through on line, give them your distance from thier location, they will call you when they're ready for you to see the doctor.
The web check in is definitely the way to go. The wait was a couple of hours but it gave me time to do something besides sitting in a waiting room. Did the web check in and was seen within 15 minutes of arriving. The staff was very professional and courteous, and we were done in about an hour.
