The staff was very caring and compassionate. I did have to wait a short time after performing the web check in, but I am starting to feel much better.
Coming in for an emergency was fine. They saw me right away. But don't come back for a recheck unless you don't have a life. They make you wait hours. I even checked in online. They called me and told me they were ready...two and a half hours later. I've been waiting an hour in the clinic now. Ridiculous.
The nurses and Drs at Care Now are exceptional. They were quite timely on getting lab results back to me pronto!!! (Thank you Angelica). Diana Alvarado P.A. is terrific and very caring. She has the lets get to the root of the problem attitude. Yes, the wait time is sometimes a pain, but in the long run, I would rather have that and feel like I'm listened to, without being rushed and brushed off. I'll continue to use Care Now for as long as I can. I recommend it to anyone.
Do not go on a Friday during the day. I was told my wait time would be two hours and did a web check in to note. I waited more then two hours before giving them a call back to see if a room was open and I was told it would be shortly. after waiting another 45 minutes I finally got a call that they were ready for me now. whoever the doctor that day was didn't seem very friendly and not very happy to be there. treat your patients more better and get more organized please
I used this service very professional. Web check in check easy waited at home very professional. Will use again.
They take too long to see you 3 to 4 hours im not kidding

The first time was great. The nurses and the doc were really nice and quick. I've got nice care. The follow up wasn't that good altho. I arrived at 7:30pm and I left 10:30. And the actual process was 5 minutes approx.
