The reception staff is extremely rude! After you wait for sometimes an hour or more to be seen they take you back to a room where you wait another 45 minutes to an hour.
Hubby was running 103 temp and felt like death, staff got us right in even though there was a 2 hr wait. Really appreciate them triaging us at this visit!
They were great,really made me feel someone cared.I have Viral Pneumonia,didn't realize I was that sick.Everyone was great and prompt.

i will go again must watch the lvn who took my blood pressure she didn't take it correctly she need more training I was in too much pain to debate with here I am quite sure she that nurses and doctors use that clinic as well
Brought my 86 year old mother again because the first time was treated exceptionally well, back again, feel confident of the staff and doctors!
Love the web check in. My son was hurt and being able to keep him comfortable at home until last minute was perfect. Staff was very friendly and cared for him. Will use again for sure.
Even with web check in it took 2 hours . ER would have been faster
