I set up the time that I would be available and when I arrived was told I arrived too early and I would have to wait. once checked in the nurse took vitals and left for the doctor to show up. waited 45 minutes, saw the doctor got maybe 5 was told nurse would be in with release papers. after 45 minuted of more waiting I went to restroom, only to come back with the nurse prepping room for the next patient. RecommendedGood in an emergency. Too long of a wait for follow- up appointments. I have to wait an hour or more to be called back.
I hate going to the doctor but these people were super nice from the time we walked in to the time we left. They listened to everything I had to say and helped way more than I expected from a walk in place. Great job, guys 👍

Wait times are too long. Did web check in for possible broken finger on a Saturday 10am was told 2 hour wait. 12:15 pm called to see how much longer was told to come on in. Got there at 12:40p, 15 mins called back. Spent over 3 hours in back waiting on doc, X-Ray, reading of X-Ray, finally asked why it was taking so long, they sent out X-Ray to be read and were waiting on results. Doc finally gave up waiting and gave me a diagnosis. The staff and doctor were nice, the MA could use a bit more training as she had trouble spell... read more
