I first encountered Debbie at the front desk this morning. She was very attentive, and expedited my check in. The nurses Tori and Susan took the time to interact with me accordingly to get a detailed history of my ailments, as well as family history. Mike the lab tech was phenomenal and efficient in running my tests. Dr. Cabezas took a fair amount of time with me, first talking to me regarding the way I was feeling, then clinically diagnosing me- even detected something I wasn't even complaining about hurting. What outstanding customer service and compassion! Everyone was so nice and the doctor spent a lot of time with my daughter. It made a miserable day much more tolerable. Everyone through the registrar, to the nurse to the MA and MD were kind and caring. I strongly recommend them without hesitation.
5 Stars We had to use Care Now Urgent Care for my mother-in-law when she was visiting. We chose them for the location, and we are recommending them for the level of care she received. They were prompt, friendly, thorough, and made us feel totally comfortable. They were wonderful with following up with us, and they gave her good information about seeing her regular doctor when she went back home. A big thank you to all of the staff!
Clean office and friendly and compassionate staff, from the front desk to the nurses to the doctor. It was also very timely. I am thankful for the care I received!
