I called to see if they had flu vaccine for seniors, they said yes, no appointment needed. It took 40 minutes to get registered in the computer. Waited a total of 1 1/2 hours just to get a flu shot. And they DON’T have the senior vaccine! Total disappointment and unnecessary wasted time!
The clinic at St. Johns town Center is very good. My chicken was easy and the doctors were great. I recommend this urgent care center.

Called twice to confirm that they had a spot for my daughter. she goes in and was told to leave, they weren’t seeing any more patients, without letting her finish a sentence. She leaves then after calling back she’s told to come back. Goes in and sat on exam room for 2 hours- doctor came in and gave her prescription without examining her. Wish i knew name of receptionist-only helpful one
Checkin @ 6:15 am, when they finally respond to the text and multiple calls, I go in and wait over 4 hours! Called front desk from room and doctor arrived. She hung up so I put my phone on bed, it bounced onto floor. Doctor says, I feel threatened and tells me to leave. I’m the victim!
Outstanding service by all staff during such a demanding time for their services. Bravo!
Each member of the medical and clerical staff was professional, polite, and quick!
My Wife went here when she was in excruciating pain. provided her insurance card. With we pay nothing until the first 50% of our deductible is paid by my employer and my wife explained in detail to the receptionist. My Wife was instructed they didn't deal with HRA's and she had to pay $160.00 before even being seen. So my wife paid, then these jokers turn around and Bill my insurance after they said they don't do that and got paid twice.... charged me and my insurance for the the same office visit!
