Very friendly and professional........Waited about 15 minutes in the reception area, I was not there on an emergency basis, got taken to the exam room and had vitals taken.......Robin came in about 5 minutes later, she apologized for the delay which was nice of her, it wasn't a long delay and they x-ray'd my toe as I had injured it a couple of weeks earlier and it still hurt..........She confirmed it was broken and it was already starting to heal, she told me what to do to mitigate the discomfort and it was a very pleasant e... read more
I went to the location at Flamingo and Durango. I went on New Year's Day of all days and then again on Friday because my syptoms were still not getting better. Kimberly up front was amazing. New Year's Day they had shortened hours. It was a good 2 hour wait (which when quoted was spot on, no over promising). I sat there and watched that woman handle every client that came in like a champ and take on the cranky ones like a pro without becoming angry or bitchy. Kudos to her. And I am thankful to Dr. Chou. Absolutely horrible. After waiting six hours they said they don’t care how long it takes. They only have one doctor. Went down to legacy clinic on pecos road. Got right in. 85.00 instead if 145.00. Care now means care when they decide to get to it which might be next week
I live alone and when I suddenly broke out in a severe rash I didn't know where to go (I've only lived in Vegas two months) so I mapped urgent care centers and was directed to this place. I was in a treatment room within five minutes of arriving and was told I was going into anaphylactic shock. This place probably saved my life. The folks that worked on me made me feel like family.
I went to the location off Flamingo and Durango. What a difference. The doctor listened and Prescribed two antibiotics. Plus I signed in online. Was called 10 minutes later. Wait time less then 15 minutes. This is the location to go to
Stopped in for a quick tetanus shot after I got an old nail stuck in my arm. Very friendly and efficient. Got my shot and a just in case prescription for antibiotics. Very pleased with the service and it's close to home. Would definitely recommend.
I was in and out and had a fast diagnosis and the doctor was friendly and amazing. The whole staff was extremely helpful!
