I just wanted to share my pleasant experience. I choose this location because it has great reviews. There were other locations closer to where I live. I am so glad I went here. Very professional from the time you enter until the the time you leave. Very caring, the doctor, the nurse, and the desk receptionist. I highly recommend this location. A+ to the great team here. Everyone in this facility is extremely nice, courteous, and efficient. From the girls at the front desk, to the nurses taking your vitals, to the X-ray tech, Shawnda and then the NP, Robin. I have been twice in the past month. Both times I was in and out in a hours time. No appointment required. They take the time to listen to you and answer all your questions. Will use them again in the future.
Front desk staff very friendly and courteous. Waiting room is clean and quiet. Back area staff friendly and efficient. Waited less than 10 minutes for the doctor. He was kind and listened to my husband’s problem. He discussed the problem, examined and diagnosed. Script was sent and we were discharged. Will use this place again. Just a BB little over 1.5 hours for a walk-in isn’t too bad.
checkin online is great help, as helps with less wait in lobby. Feel comfortable here with same Doctor for past2.5 years. Feel well taken care of
Came here 8am this morning & the WHOLE staff & nurse practitioner Robin are soo kind. I went around and thanked them all when I left. You guys took care of me well. Thank you again. This is now our family quick stop.
