RecommendedIt was a pleasant experience due to Dr. Hernadez’s bed side manner & professionalism. In spite of the lack of professionalism at the front desk I would still recommend this location as an emergency back up if you can get through the checkin process. Thank you Dr Hernadez

The office tests me for Covid and the flu, charge me $350, then tell me it won't be an accurate test and I need to come back in 3 days. You should've told me that up front. There was no reason for me to have to pay twice. You should’ve told me to come back in 3 days. You are unethical!

Called yesterday to make an appointment for a simple preemployment drug screen. Quote, “No appointment necessary.” Over two hours and 15+ walk-in patients and they finally call me in. People are nice but they but SSSLLLOOOWWW.
