Impossible to get a phone call back from the nurses for follow up. I tried multiple times and they just aren’t willing to help.
Make sure you never use this location..... They are absolutely ridiculous!. This is the second visit in a row where my wife has waited in a room until she has overheated, and then, they have the nerve to ask me to take her service dog out of the room because the doctor has an issue with dogs.... And to clarify, I am I the waiting room with the dog, who was doing nothing but sitting besides my wife.... And we have already been here 2.5 hours
Dr. Kamille Romain is incompetent and should be fired immediately! Wasted 2 hours and $160 for nothing. My 5 year old son had a sore throat and upper respiratory infection with no fever and the doctor refused to prescribe Amoxicillin. As a father of 3 kids for 20 years, I can’t believe that such a basic thing as this would be allowed to go untreated. All 3 of my children have been coming here for more than 15 years for the same type symptoms and were always given Amoxicillin. Symptoms always were gone within 3 days. This fam... read more
Wait time is completely ridiculous. The ER is faster. I will never come here again, and cannot in good conscience recommend this place to anyone. Can't give a recommendation on care because we have been here for FOUR HOURS and still haven't seen anyone.
i was overcharged at the razor ranch location. now a week later i was told the refund was just issued today so heres to another week to a week n a half of being out of pocket the 80$ that i was overcharged. thankfully i caught it. but how many don't. just be aware of what reciept u sign. make sure its correct. being sick and havin a major headache i didnt n now im struggling to get back what is mine that they took from me. i will never be back again..
So, first I walked in and was told I had two people in front of me, a hour and half later was told people had booked on line and so, I really wasn't next in line to be seen. Then I see the so called doctor, who decided to send me out.... but no blood work was done, nor did she confirm my urinalysis. Nothing was done and so I became confused when they wanted my co-pay. Lord, help me.
I get here check in for a drug screen. I let them know that I have to go to the bathroom meaning pee for drug screen. Of course they don’t care!!!!! Over an hour and still waiting!!!!!!! This place sucks!!!!!!’
