Very fast and professional. I did the online check in and there was no waiting
So slow. Don't follow the times they tell you at all whether it is web check or in person check. Disorganized. Not a good place to come unless forced.
Their online check in is amazing! I checked in online and was able to stay home and rest for a while before they called me to come in. Once I got there I waited maybe 5 minutes to be taken back. The nurse was very nice and the PA I saw was great! I did wait quite a while for the nurse to bring in my prescription however I am sure she was busy with other patients. All around great experience and I would definitely recommend them to a friend.
It is great to have CareNow when my GP is not available. Although, it costs more to go there being off work costs much more. I have always been seen promptly and have encountered very pleasant staff and Drs. One such Dr helped diagnose migraines that did not mimic the usual symptoms. She suggested I inform my GP of a simple test and drug. I have been on such medicine for several years and do not have a headache everyday! I was sure it was something much worse after months of daily headaches.
I always receive the best care. Getting diagnosed with pneumonia isn't fun but I was taken care of wonderfully.
I went there Friday not know I got if I had pneumonia. Checked me out gave me a breathing treatment, wrote Rx's. Called me Saturday morning to see how I was.
I went in on a Friday with symptoms of pneumonia was given prescriptions to fight it and was told to come back in 2 days if the symptoms didn't seem to get better. I went back the next Tuesday because my symptoms became worse. No one ever tried to help me only wrote me more prescriptions and told to come back if it gets worse. Hello? I'm back because they are worse. And I had to sit in a doctors room waiting on a nurse to see me for over 4 hours. Very slow service!
