Great experience. Used the Web Check-In feature to pre-register. Received a call about 5 minutes later to tell me what my co-pay would be along with the time to arrive for my appointment which was only about a 35 minute wait time. By the time I would drive over to the location, that wait time would have passed. When I arrived, I was in the waiting area maybe 5 minutes before I was taken back to exam room. Will definitely use CareNow again.
