RecommendedStaff was very friendly and I had no wait time. They solved my issue quickly and I was home resting in no time. I definitely recommend this location of CareNow. Thank you so much.
The doctor and providers were wonderful, Keisha at the front was so awful lol it's almost comical. I thought maybe she was having a bad night, but the next DAY when the specialist i was referred to had me call for records to be faxed, she even answers the phone with "what do you need" ....unbelievable. I'd return to Care now but not that location ever again. Talk about patient migration, you'll never see returning patients again with a front desk like that.
One week ago I was at CareNow and was told I had bronchitis. A week later, I am not better so called the facility. I left a message for the nurse at 9:30 am... no return call. Left another message at 12:30, no return call. Called again at 4:30 and insisted on talking to the nurse . She told me to come back in, no wait. I am here and there are many people waiting! I have been to the new CareNow at LBJ and Midway a few times over the last year. Most of the time I used them when my doctor could not see me. I have never ever been so impressed with a medical facility. From the minute I walked through the door. The doctors must take time to read our charts because they always ask me how I have been since last visit. Please consider CareNow if you need quick and quality medical care.
Very quick service and nice people. A little too much paperwork but that's just part of it.
Ive been going to care now for over 10 yrs & been to several locations. I always have a good experience but yesterday was probably the best. The Dr took her time & was extremely nice as were the staff too. I will definitely be returning here.
