I brought in my 4 yr old son 2 weeks ago and the Dr. insisted he didnt need an xray after he hurt his foot on some stairs. Turns out he had 2 fractures all along. Frustrating and disappointing!!
I appreciated being able to check in online. Front desk staff was polite. The positive feedback ends there though. My daughter got her earring back stuck inside of her ear lobe. After paying my $35 copay, going through all the questions and finally seeing the doctor, all he did was pull the stud out of her ear and tell us to keep cleaning it. RecommendedWent in yesterday, have taken one dose of medicine last night and one this morning. Last night I started feeling better already!
How nice was it to do my check in online and be called when it was time for me to head down. Once there, I was seen right away. The entire staff was so nice and caring. Roxanne the P.A. was amazing. She listened to what was going on and didn't rush me. They even called me the next day to check in on me to see how I was feeling. The facility was very clean and comfortable as well. I wish I could have Roxanne as my primary care provider.
This place saved my life. I've had pneumonia now for 3 weeks not even realizing how ill i really was, until carenow found the problem. Thank you carenow, you are my new Hero.
I have always had a pleasant, timely experience at this location. The front desk staff and doctors are kind and thorough. Dr. Olsen and LPN, Jake always make me feel better! 🙂

Quick and friendly service. The facility is very clean. Dr Olsen and our LPN Jake were very thorough. They had Oxygen, breathing treatment and x-rays available on site. It was nice not to have to go to the ER! Best urgent care that we’ve been to in Henderson. 5 STARS
they are friendly and the doctors are good. took good care of us when we were there . a little wait but not to bad.
