They diagnosed me but didn't proved treatment! Had to go to an ER the next day to get treatment!

This location is the best ever! Love every staff member and the level of service and care is impressive. I thanked Darlene today and my Nurse Practioner, Divina. Over the years I have been here 4 times. Each experience is proof I don’t want to visit any other CareNow. I will be stopping by to deliver treats. They are so friendly, caring & professional.

I was short of breathe and about to pass out. I attempted to walk into their urgent care. The door was locked. Saw people coming out and was told they close at 6pm due to the pandemic. Google, Yelp, and their signage said otherwise. They aren’t a beauty parlor. They are a healthcare provider and today they failed to act like one. Shame on them.
