Hands down the best Urgent Care I’ve ever been too. The staff was absolutely amazing. Sheena, Erin and Moises along with a very nice doctor. Highly recommend!
Told us our son had and ear infection but doctors at st.rose called them out on their bullshit. My son has the flu! Prescribed medication for nothing. Never will we go to this place. Completely incompetent! �
Got the right prescription so my daughters ear infection will go away soon!

We went to one CareNow clinic and were told that the wait would be about 1 1/2 hrs..they sent us to another comic about 10 minutes away where we were seen right away..the Dr treated my son well and we got his prescriptions and he's doing much better
We had a very long wait with my son to remove 5 staples from his head. It was 3 hours in total. The reception staff was kind and welcoming and all the staff was professional and pleasant. My son endured a very painful procedure to remove the staples and when we looked at them after all 5 were removed we discovered that the staple remover was held incorrectly causing the staples to be bent in the wrong way to come out of his head. The receptionist had attitude and was arguing with the MA about how she was going to walk out at a certain time. He tried to reason with her and she was very loud and unprofessional. All I can say is I hope she walked out and I hope she doesn't have a job any longer. When people don't feel good, they don't want to hear someone nagging about not wanting to be at work.
