This company went above and beyond their responsibilities to help with my mother's issues with insurance company! Highly recommend
I was just on the phone with a customer service representative about my bill. First off I WASN’T told about having to wait for my deductible to kick in before my insurance would cover it. NOONE made me aware of this. My bill is over $700 now and after me explaining 4 times to the customer service representative that I’m disabled and have NO income coming in she then asks me if I could pay $400 and I again explained my situation to her. These companies need to have people that speak English to communicate with their customers
