I had a man named jimmy the last two times who brought the stuff I needed that was ordered for me. He was so pleasant. He answered all the questions I asked and was sure to explain everything in detail. He stayed with me to make sure I fully understood everything. Omg, he was such a happy person. His happiness just was so contagious. This man truly loves his job. There needs to be more people like him in the world for sure. Jimmy you are a great person!!!!!❤️❤️❤️ Thank you for putting a smile on this old lady's face.

The site manager was extremely rude to me when I tried to get a refill of oxygen cylinders for my uncle. I made the request at short notice because several bottles were empty when they should have been full, so we were short for the weekend. Apparently my uncle had a few situations like this and has had to call enough for emergency refills that his name is known for it in this office.
