This place has been bought out by Aero Care - who sucks! CareMax was amazing, they helped with anything you needed. Aero Care is horrible. I haven't had new supplies or a returned phone call in over 3 months!!
Caremax/ Paragon is so helpful when ordering supplies and paying bills. The receptionist was extra kind and even offered me a starburst. All in all, excellent service. Would have given it five stars, but they only had yellow starbursts.
GREAT SERVICE. I cannot imagine having a better experience with any business. All the employees were kind and helpful. definitely a bright spot in my day.
Horrible business. Bad service. I switched to Tennova for my CPAP supplies, which was much better.
