I contacted a local travel repair company to install an awning over my slide out as water continues to get into my trailer every time it rains. The order for the awning was placed by the repair company with Carefree over twelve weeks ago, and has yet to be accurately fulfilled. The first awning to arrive contained the incorrect parts, and since then there has been a ridiculous amount of mistakes, including items being shipped to the incorrect address. I purchased an awning for a slide out on a Class A Motor Home to replace the original that got caught by a wind. My RV dealer suggested this one as protected from wind. However, it is not protected from cold weather. First experience, a few months after installation, was at an RV park which experienced an ice storm overnight. Rick **** is amazing and is willing to do whatever is needed to help out. Although I feel his hands are tied most of the time due to higher ups, I believe that Rick **** does everything he can to help you out. He is good at explaining things and his patience is amazing. Rick **** gets a 5 out of 5 stars, but I do not feel the same about Carefree Of Colorado.

I needed technical and parts information. Over a couple of days I personally dealt w ith ***** and *****. They both went up and beyond and turned a very frustrating situation into a very positive experience. We all know the world is going to kick our *** at times. When dealing with business', agencies, corporations, government etc. It usually boils down to individuals. We just want a lil fairness and common courtesy. Golden rule stuff. Purchased a new Winnebago with a Freestyle awning mfgered by Carefree. It has never extended properly and the customer rep spent 2 weeks trying to fix it. It still does not extent. Very expensive and very poor quality!!
