I visited the UFHealth clinic due to ongoing stomach issues after returning from a trip to Mexico. I had previously gone to a different ER clinic, but left without answers or treatment. I came to this clinic hoping to get a clearer diagnosis or at least some alternative medication to help manage the problem. Put in a room and left to wait for over an hour before nurse pops in and said a more “urgent patient “ was being seen before us. Had overheard this patient’s caretaker tell him “told them you were having trouble breathing” to which he replies “why?” And she pokes him in the leg. Heard them finish up with said “urgent” patient and sat there for an additional 33 minutes before getting up and walking out. This is the second time I have been left in the exam room for over an hour. Never again. I’ll go elsewhere.

Had a great experience. The wait was about what you would expect for an urgent care. The lady at check in was very nice. I was seen by Jaclyn Wagner, PA, and she was very sweet. She actually listened to my concerns and gave me some great advice on things I can do at home instead of just pushing medicine on me. Will recommend this urgent care to everyone!
