I simply cannot say enough about Jess at "Care to Stay Home". We were provided her contact information through Torrance Memorial Hospital. Mom was declining yet desperately wanted to stay in her home. Jess made phone calls, did home visits, and walked my brother and I through the process. When mom was hospitalized and suggested she needed a memory care community, Jess kept right on working with us.
