My daughter used this transportation service to attend therapy, not school. My review concerns that service. My experience was stressful and disappointing. They sent three different drivers in vehicles with no visible company signs or identification. I would receive calls saying, “I’m picking up your daughter today. I’m 10 minutes away,” without advance notice of who would be coming. On one occasion, her therapy center contacted me because two different cars from the same company arrived to pick her up. Mr Ash Lubega is calm and very patient. He knows how to deal with people like me. He did more than I could do by myself. He opened apps on the phone for me. To sum up, he sacrificed his time to make sure that I understood. Thanks Ash.
