I give 5 stars because it's a great facility. However, I've been a patient/ client of Care point for yrs. As many know they offer many service under the same roof. I lost my PCP due to miscommunication. Dr. Weaver is a great medical doctor. It's unfair to me that she isn't my PCP anymore. Im suffering without Dr. Weaver cause I'm not receiving the proper care and procedure from other doctor mainly cause he isn't her and I have issues with change☹️.
I've tried to make an appointment for over a week with no response. Obviously they don't care about me or my "business", so I would diswade anyone else from this waste of time. I am confined by my insurance who I will also attempt to convince to no longer do business with this company.
Been trying to get someone on the phone for days now to find out when my next appointment is. I left messages and no call back I have called 10 time today and no one has picked up the phone. Horrible
