I really love CarePoint health and wellness Center the center is what Tallahassee needed they treat you with dignity and respect from sitting in the lobby mostly like three or four people never had to sit more than maybe 15 minutes never crowded they are courteous and kind I love CarePoint I messed up giving three stars it should have got four stars

It’s sad to say that after more than five years of being with this company, the front desk's handling of phone calls has never improved. This is one of the worst places to do business with over the phone. They honestly might as well remove the phones from the building because no one answers calls or returns messages in a timely manner. They really need to hire someone dedicated to answering and managing phone calls.

I wish I could rate it higher because the people here mean well but they just can't get anything done correctly and in appropriate time. Went for two very simple common preventative treatments (prep/trt), over two months later, multiple visits and labs drawn (labs got lost), no closer than when I started. I've called and stopped in to check, left messages, I never hear back. Waited 2 months for a new patient appointment. The guy that called me was insensitive and did not offer an option for a new appointment date. Do not go here, if they don’t care enough to keep patient appointments, the care you will get here will be horrible. I’m thankful that this issue happened before I actually became a patient.

Very rude women there. We were waiting and waiting for the longest time, and then was told we couldn't be seen and to go home. Unprofessional. Just because my mom said on the phone she may need to reschedule, one of the nurses got the manager involved and she threatened to kick my dad and I out of the building and blacklist.
