Made an appointment for my daugher drove 20 minutes the building is condemned and there were no signs or info provided to tell me where to take her, guess we got the address given to the publicly insured. Will never attempt to return.

Worst clinic in Rhode island they like to mess with your med and not tell you put them out of business and go elsewhere
Had two awful experiences at this place. They do not pay attention to detail and do not relay important information either. Those are the two things that you want from a medical facility. Go elsewhere!
