Hygienist Viv was very condescending to me. I have a tori and she insisted I was doing something wrong as she continued to push the X-ray equipment into my mouth.
Your staff is great, very calming and gentle, which is greatly appreciate by someone like me who is terrified of going to the dentist. I'm not proud that I haven't gone in 19 years, but I'm glad you guys are who I went to after all these years. Thank you!
