People at the front desk are friendly and I only waited once for my appointment for a few minutes. Otherwise, I got called up on time or earlier. The hygienists, assistants and dentists are patient, friendly and do a fabulous job. They make your visit comfortable; the facility is clean and new; the technology is updated (ie. cleaning is done within 10-15 minutes); love that they have movie selections on your personal screen as you wait for work to be done at your chair; love the text message and phone call reminders for appo... read more
I would recommend Premier Dental Arts to anyone in north county. They have an amazing group of staff that are friendly and provide excellent service. I was concerned about going in due to my 3mo old and if she got fussy during my services but the staff mentioned they are super kid/baby friendly and if I had any issues they would help out with her :) thankfully baby was asleep during my services I had but I was sound minded knowing they would help me out need be! Dana & Dr Hoss were awesome! I felt well taken care of, they explained everything to me very clearly, and were so efficient in handling several of the issues during my visit. When I return to complete my other services, I feel confident that they will manage my pain and take care of my issues with the utmost care and professionalism. If you don't like going to the dentist, give these guys a try, you may change your mind! :)
Receptionists hygienist and doc very customer focused
Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. It is very easy to make an appointment and once you are in the office, everything goes very smoothly. The doctors do a fantastic job and explain everything. I have referred people and will continue to.
I didn't get the dental staff names who helped me; but they went right to work and were very pleasant and competent. I was amazed how fast and thorough they were. I was very happy that I had little plaque buildup. That is very unusual and must be due to the great first visit care I had last June. I am really enthusiastic now about how well you help me keep good teeth. Last visit your dentist recommended a fluoride varnish. No one has ever offered that to me. My only issue was the lady in the lobby with the two kids that she couldn't/wouldn't control or discipline. Not your fault...just frustrating to come in to a waiting area after a long day at work and have to listen to that.
Dr. Saadatmandi & his staff are excellent! Dr. Saadatmandi is caring & has a genuine concern for his patience. I feel very comfortable at Premier Dental! I HIGHLY recommend them.
