By far the worst experiences I've ever had. The staff are polite and i never waited more than thirty minutes. But thats where the good stops! Communication is zero, I received multiple calls about instructions for diagnostics test each stating something different. Started having test equipment delivered to my house without any knowledge it was being sent. Hi!! All the staff except the two doctors I saw were fabulous! Went multiple times and begged for tests for them to tell me I was hormonal, overweight, and anxious! well my other specialist (pulmonologist) referred me to a dysautonomia and MPV specialist and I was diagnosed that day with the POTs I so clearly have! Been on a beta blocker since May and can finally actually go do things and live! I think the PROBLEM here is that this whole Practice thing with All the Cardiovascular Doctors in one whole place has not worked well for the Patients. If you don’t like your Doctor….. you can only change one time to another Doctor. They can screw you over with time management. I have always waited 2 plus hours in the Exam room. What’s going on with that. ? I really like my Doctor now, Dr. Kopang. I hope someone can check into this Practice
