They were terrific! They were ready for me when I got there (I was on time), took me back, and Dr. Smith explained what they were going to do. Dr. Smith used a new device, the Dental VIB, to eliminate most of the sensation of the injection of the anesthesia used to numb the site they were going to treat. It worked GREAT! Dr. Smith is an outstanding dentist who is very professional and patient friendly. He has cared for myself and my family for many years and I have also referred patients from my medical practice to him and they have uniformly expressed their satisfaction to me both with general dentistry services as well as cosmetic services. Everyone at Rocky Ridge Dental Associates is awesome! They all go out of their way to greet you and make you feel like part of their family. Dr. Smith is great at making you feel comfortable - and he is so talented at creating implants! Mary, one of the hygenists, goes out of her way to make the x-ray process manageable (for someone who can't stand it!). I highly recommend this practice to everyone!!!
