I went to Dr.Roy Smith lll as a long time friend and neighbor for a concultation about a knot on the inside of my mouth.As usual he was very caring and listened to every concern I had.Dr.Smith referred me to a Oral Surgeon that removed the knot immediately.I instantly fell in love with Dr.Smith's Staff,they made me feel at ease and treated me like a person and not a number.I plan to take a one hour drive to have him do my dental work.
Friendly, above-and-beyond service every time. Pleasant atmosphere with fast, efficient procedures. I actually like going to this dentist office! They make you feel welcome and give a comprehensive review of your dental needs. If you're looking for a place - look no further!
As always, without exception, I am impressed by and very grateful for the professionalism, excellence, warmth and great attitude and treatment provided by Dr. Smith, the dental hygienist and all of the wonderful staff! I've been a patient for over 25 years and always get wonderful care! Truly the best!!

I have seen Dr. Smith since I was a teenager. He was introduced to my mother by my Orthodontist as the best cosmetic dentist to form my front teeth. We couldn't afford ceramic so 15 years later when they needed to be replaced, my dentist in Mobile looked in my mouth and said, "Oh, I can't do that good of a job." Luckily we moved back to Birmingham when I could afford Ceramic veneers and get my front teeth back to beautiful. Since My wife and I moved from Japan to Birmingham in 1976, Dr. Roy Smith has sincerely, carefully, and insightfully treated plenty of my tooth problems as well as taking care of teeth of all my family members.
