Wait time was actually quick. I should know because I used to be in the medical field. Everyone, from start to finish, was professional and polite and friendly.

These unprofessional people made my gf fast for 12 hrs and then she sat in the waiting room for 3hrs. Customer service was horrible and unprofessional.
Was told by ER dr in Colorado I had had a heart attack. Went to see Dr Assadorian Aug 28th, had EKG and Sonogram done. Said he would fax report to my cardiologist in San Antonio as we were heading home. Had appointment with my Dr cancelled because he didn't have report from Dr Assadourian. Called his office, was told he hadn't even read the sonogram yet. This is TWO WEEKS and ONE DAY after the tests were run. Still don't know if I had a heart attack.
