Great customer service and quality roofing. John was my point of contact throughout and was always quick to respond and address any questions or concerns I had. Even after the roof was on, John followed up to make sure everything went smoothly and sent a crew out to address a few areas. Cardinal saved me money, came out within a week to install my new roof, stayed in constant contact, and made sure I was satisfied with the end result before calling it finished. I have used Cardinal for two roof replacements. It has been an excellent experience. Very easy to work with them. Work was completed quickly and on time. Clean up afterwards has been excellent each time. I have recommended them to others in the past and would do so again. First roof was replaced summer of 2017. Second roof was replaced summer of 2019.
