This company is the best!!! We absolutely LOVE our home and cannot express how superb their customer service is!!! They have truly broken the mold in building homes in the most positive way!!!
I would give zero stares but you can only go to one. There are so many things I don't were to start. The the mortgage companys they recommender garbage. They will tell you that the seller will not use places like U.S bank witch is a lie. Money is money. So with that being said my wife and I went through one of there mortgage companies and we got left hanging 2 hours before close. The name of this fantastic mortgage company Bay equity. I putting this out there stay away from both of these companies.
Cardinal Builders are nothing short of wonderful. They meet their commitments with no surprises and they treat you with the utmost respect and kindness.
