I went here expecting a walk-in clinic as advertised, but that wasn’t the case. When I asked about being seen, I was told I had to go online, fill out a form, and wait for them to contact me to schedule an appointment. That is not a true walk-in service. Strangely, the waiting room was completely empty, yet the receptionist said they were “extremely busy.” I had cash in hand and was prepared for a quick 15-minute visit, but instead I left frustrated. Very misleading experience.
I've been a patient for several years and trust Vu when I am feeling out of whack or when I have an injury. Recently I had an accident and for a week I couldn't walk without a strange limp. 10 minutes and he did a few techniques and I was immediately able to walk correctly. I cannot overstate his gift.
Dr Vu is absolutely amazing! And Jami is too! We are so thankful for their help with all things!! They squeezed us in, in an emergent situation and took great care of our daughter! Plus we love puppy therapy!! J Farmer
This may be years down the line too late. But better late than never.. I was inconsistently making my appointments but Dr. Vu consistently helped me through my back issues and always made me feel welcome. Even through 2020 when I had lost my job due to covid they were willing to work with me on making my payments. He even helped me when i got bells palsy...I'm sincerely grateful to him and his team at the clinic. I feel anxious and sad that I stopped going due to my own mental disabilities.
