Dr. Joseph Freedman is an amazing Doctor, who not only excels in his field of cardiology but has such respect and compassion for his patients. He has treated me with kindness each and every time I have seen him since day one, has never rushed me, has answered all my questions, has listened to all of my concerns, and has gone above and beyond to help me get better. I am a very complicated case, having Chronic Lyme Disease Complex. I highly recommend this wonderful doctor.
Very good experience. Staff was excellent and Dr. Freedman was friendly, took his time, and was not rushed with me despite being a bit behind due to an unforeseen circumstance. Booked the appointment through Zocdoc app which made scheduling a breeze.
This was my first visit with Dr. Freedman and I was impressed with his promptness and knowledge of my condition and his willingness to help resolve it. Truly a breath of fresh air.
I have been a patient for the past 6 months. I find the office well run and Dr. Freedman to be caring and thorough in my care. I have had some test done at the office and find the support personnel are well trained and knowledgable in their fields.
Very professional and takes the time to hear all of your concerns. Addresses your concerns and explains why he is recommending things i.e.: test or medications. Makes you feel very comfortable and really listens to you.
Dr. Freedman and staff are com- passionate, knowledgeable professionals. Friendly smiling faces warmly welcome you and Efficiently address your needs and concerns. Prompt response as well. Feels like a TEAM effort.
I thought he explained everything to me, but would not be able to make an evaluation until he had results back from my tests.
While Dr. Freedman is new to the Cape Coral area he has stepped in to Replace Dr. Scala and does done a very good job of replacing him. The staff is pretty much the same as it was with Dr. Scala and they are friendly and efficient. I would recommend the Cardiac Care Group for those looking for a cardiologist.
Highly recommend hem and his staff , I had gone threw a few doctors in my time here in FL . I must say he is a keeper, HE fines the problem and takes care of the problem. He take pride in his work and sets me straight on the right path. lets me know when I'm doing something wrong in a kind manner . he truly is a rare find. Thank You Dr. Joseph Freedman
